After nearly 15 years in the nonprofit sector, Ken joined Clifford Swan in 1997 to build and lead Clifford Swan’s planned giving program. He brings legal, accounting, and tax expertise on a wide range of issues, including those affecting charitable trusts and nonprofit organizations. 

Ken’s prior professional experience also includes independent consulting services in planned giving administration and public accounting audit work for a wide variety of nonprofit organizations. 

After nearly 30 years at Clifford Swan, Ken stepped back from the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the firm’s planned giving program at the end of 2024. He now serves in a consulting role, enabling the firm and its clients to access Ken’s knowledge while allowing him the personal flexibility of retirement.
