Janelle joined Clifford Swan Investment Counselors in 2024 as the firm’s Receptionist and was promoted to Client Service Specialist in 2025. Working alongside the firm’s investment counselors, she provides personalized, attentive service to our clients to help them achieve their goals.

Before transitioning into the financial industry, Janelle worked with elementary school students throughout Orange County, East Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire. Her background in education continues to shape her approach—she is deeply motivated by helping others meet their goals, staying attuned to their needs, and fostering meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Janelle enjoys going to the beach, trying new foods, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family.
