Billy joined Clifford Swan in 2025 as the firm’s Client Service Manager. In this role, he empowers the firm’s Client Service Specialists to deliver seamless, personalized service to clients. Billy spearheads service initiatives, cultivates team development, and harnesses data analytics to enhance the overall client experience.
Prior to joining Clifford Swan, Billy served as Director of Planning at SteelPeak Wealth, where he managed planning relationships with both clients and advisors. During his tenure, he successfully established an estate consulting division and created a comprehensive training program for new advisors. His professional background includes serving as Operations Manager/Client Service Manager for JSF Financial and working as a Financial Planning Analyst at Ameriprise Financial.
