Position Overview

Operations Specialists are key members of a collaborative team composed of experienced investment professionals and client service specialists, all working together to support the delivery of comprehensive wealth management services. This role, reporting to the Operations Manager, plays a critical part in maintaining the quality and integrity of data across the firm. The Operations Specialist provides cross-functional support, ensuring operational excellence and assisting team members firm-wide with a strong emphasis on precision, quality and service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity within Orion and Salesforce platforms
  • Conduct daily transaction reviews in Orion, identifying and resolving any errors
  • Maintain real estate and private equity holdings via the Orion Alternative Investments Platform
  • Support team members in navigating systems and accessing relevant data
  • Perform manual posting of transactions and reconciliation of holdings where required
  • Serve as backup for equity and fixed income securities data maintenance and posting of trades
  • Provide backup support for front desk and reception duties

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in financial services, accounting, or similar field required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong preference for candidates with Orion and Salesforce experience
  • Outstanding ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions

The expected base salary for this role typically ranges from $65,000 – 85,000 per year at commencement of employment. However, base salary will be determined on an individual basis and is only part of the total compensation package. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, profit-sharing, and participation in firm-sponsored benefit programs.
